Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using FlowDemand, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Users who disagree should refrain from using the platform.

Service Description

FlowDemand delivers AI-powered operations management software including CRM, quote management, inventory management, order processing, reporting, and related business automation tools for distribution companies.

Account Registration

Users must fulfill several obligations:

Supply accurate registration information
Protect account credentials
Report unauthorized access immediately
Accept responsibility for account activity

Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you input into FlowDemand. We claim no ownership of your business data but request permission to use it for service provision and enhancement.

Acceptable Use

Users cannot:

Pursue illegal activities
Attempt unauthorized system access
Disrupt service operations
Upload malicious code
Violate applicable regulations

Payment Terms

Billing occurs monthly or annually in advance
Fees remain non-refundable (except by law)
30-day notice precedes pricing changes
Non-payment triggers suspension

Cancellation

Subscribers may cancel anytime penalty-free, effective at billing cycle end, with data export options available.

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance may temporarily reduce availability.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, excluding liability for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve modification rights with email or in-service notification of material changes. Continued use implies acceptance.
